$380.00 – EARLY BIRD rate (Applies if Paid in Full on or before 5/15/2023)  EXPIRED

$395.00 – DISCOUNTED rate (Applies if Paid in Full on or before 6/30/2023)

$410.00 – Standard rate (Applies when paying in full after 6/30/2023)
