Unless paying in-full at the time of registration, an initial deposit of $100.00 is required and shall be applied toward the total amount due. Registrations will not be honored until the minimum deposit is received. This initial $100.00 deposit is refundable less a $25 penalty only if a written statement of cancellation/request for refund is received on or by July 1, 2024 at:

After July 1, 2024, the $100.00 initial deposit for Trinity Youth Conference 2024 shall be forfeited upon cancellation. At this time, any fees paid in excess of the initial $100.00 deposit will be returned with a receipt for a tax-deductible contribution to the Friends of Trinity Youth Conference in the amount of $100.00. Once Trinity Youth Conference 2024 has officially begun, the entire fee shall be considered non-refundable.
